Dr. Nadine Odermatt, B.H.Sc. (Hons), O.D.

Dr. Nadine Odermatt was born and raised in Kelowna, BC. After graduating with Honours in Biomedical Science from the University of Calgary, she obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Oregon, graduating at the top of her class as Valedictorian.

During her clinical education, she was fortunate to complete externships at a hospital-based Medical Ophthalmology Group in Oregon, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane WA, and two primary care clinics on Vancouver Island. She has received extensive training in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eye disease, cataracts, and pre and post-operative cases.

At Glenmore Optometry, Dr. Odermatt practices full-scope optometry with special interests in ocular disease management, dry eye solutions, and myopia control. Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking with her dog, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Odermatt looks forward to helping you with your eye care and vision needs.
